Job Description: Job Description The Program Manager is part of a team that enables the Corporate Technology Group to continuously modernize, consolidate and digitize technology solutions and provide an enhanced user experience to Fidelity associates. The Program Manager acts as a product owner, conducts business analysis, and works closely with Financial Crimes Compliance, Fidelity business units and the Corporate Technology Group to ensure they have a solid understanding of the Financial Crimes Compliance current and future needs. The Program Manager also manages and maintains a prioritized backlog of deliverables, develops and tests technical solutions, and is an active participant in building effective business partner relationships. In this role, you will own and deliver Financial Crimes Compliance technology projects that will ensure Fidelity meets regulatory, audit, and compliance requirements. Your demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication, organization, and time management skills You’re a problem-solver and inspire creative solutions You can handle multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously You can overcome unexpected obstacles with little or no supervision Your proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint The Value You Deliver Assist in defining and driving Financial Crimes Compliance Technology’s strategic roadmap Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain a product backlog according to business value or Return on Investment Work closely with partners to ensure that the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) is clear and understood by the delivery teams Solve application related problems, making decisions, completing trade-off analysis to stay on track towards business deliverable commitments Lead product release plans and set expectations for delivery of new functionalities Act as an ambassador for the product and as the primary contact for communicating changes related to the product to all partners Work with end-users to define testing environment and acceptance criteria; explains the criticality of their active involvement in test design and all testing phases Defining, creating, and implementing test plans and cases; estimating time, effort and resources required.
