Job Description :
We are an executive headhunter seeking a high-performing Business Development Executive to join a law firm that specializes in first-party property damage claims. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building relationships and driving new business opportunities in the first party property damage field.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop Relationships with Public Adjusters, Roofers, and Repair companies : Establish and maintain strong referral partnerships with reputable public adjusters and contractors, who frequently need legal assistance for complex or disputed property damage claims.
Leverage Local Contractors and Restoration Companies : Build strategic relationships with contractors and restoration companies, positioning the firm as a go-to resource when their clients encounter insurance claim disputes.
Host Educational Seminars and Webinars : Organize and lead seminars or webinars aimed at educating homeowners, business owners, and property managers on their rights when filing insurance claims, reinforcing the firm's thought leadership.
Participate in Industry Conferences and Events : Attend, sponsor, and exhibit at relevant industry conferences to network with potential clients and referral sources, enhancing the firm’s visibility in the property damage claim space.
Collaborate with Local Real Estate Professionals : Foster relationships with real estate agents, property managers, and brokers to generate leads from property damage claims that arise during real estate transactions.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing within the legal, insurance, or construction industries.
- Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to travel to conferences and client meetings as required.
