This role involves two major responsibilities : managing parts and materials to support operations and performing general administrative duties to maintain the facility and equipment.
Key Responsibilities :
Parts Handling
- Receive, ship, store, and distribute parts and materials to support operations
- Record and track parts in inventory systems, ensuring accurate counts
- Update inventory records and report discrepancies
- Organize parts in the warehouse or storage areas, ensuring that items are easy to locate and that safety regulations are adhered to
- Retrieve parts for production or maintenance teams
