FN America offers a full-time, paid summer internship program to students that will provide interns with a practical real-world, career-related experience within a professional setting. Our program offers an opportunity for students to apply the knowledge and theories learned in the classroom to the world of work. Our goal is to ensure that interns have a productive and positive learning experience.

As a Manufacturing Engineering Intern, You Will

• Support continuous improvement efforts in machining to improve profit margins.
• Assist with the SAP implementation.
• Observe, create, and implement continuous improvement plans throughout machining area.
• Work with manufacturing engineers and operators to alleviate process and operations issues.
• Learn the impact regarding lean processes and operational efficiencies profits pertaining to process changes.
  
  

Preferred Degree Program: Mechanical or Industrial Engineering

Internship Program Dates: May 19-August 1, 2025 (11 weeks)

Internship Schedule: Full-time hours (40 hours per week)

Eligibility

The Manufacturing Engineering Intern Must

• Be a full-time enrolled student, in good standing with an accredited educational institution.
• Be an undergraduate (rising Junior or senior) or graduate student.
• Have a 2.8 GPA or higher with no academic or corrective action on record.
