Our industrial sales team is looking for an Inside Sales Representative we can count on to grow business within our existing customer base, and further develop business with new customers. Primary Purpose:

Achieve sales objectives by effectively implementing marketing strategies and sales plans in assigned territories, while providing current, accurate and meaningful product information to customers.


Duties and Responsibilities:

Generate new and repeat sales by providing product information and sales programs to existing and new customers in an effective manner.

  • Meet all quarterly sales objectives for products.
  • Implement marketing and sales strategies as directed.
  • Participate in off-site sales meetings and training programs as needed.
  • Maintain up-to-date call records.
  • Assist newly acquired partners and support their growth.
  • Stay up to date with the competition.
  • Remain current on FNA products, services and competitive positioning.
  • Actively participate in associated trade shows.
  • Maintain and track progress of projects.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • 3 years of selling experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate sales proposals.
  • Excellent working knowledge of CRM and Microsoft Office software.
  • Strong planning, organization and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Valid Driver's License with clean driving record

Preferred:

  • Ideal candidates will have proven performance in developing and coordinating sales efforts in an industrial products organization.
  • Previous experience with tool and equipment categories is extremely helpful.
  • Passion for your profession.

Education/Certification:

High School diploma or equivalent required; a college degree and/or related work experience is a plus.


Other Duties as Assigned:

Additional travel will be required for trade shows, company events and customer training. In some cases, you will need to travel overnight, and on some weekends, with expense reimbursement.
