- Provides first level support for microcomputer systems hardware management, Microsoft Office suite, ITI, and various bank applications by phone and in person.
- Recognizes, researches, isolates and resolves hardware, software, network, and communications problems for end users by using general troubleshooting techniques and familiarity with common user problems. Refers to appropriate technical support when necessary.
- Assigns new and removes terminated user permissions to systems and applications utilizing appropriate baseline user permission templates and profiles.
- Resolves basic user account problems including account unlocks and password resets; and establishes access rights.
- Maintains database with accurate and timely data entry including user accounts, network system work orders, hardware/software purchases, and asset management.
- Maintains working knowledge of hardware, software, and compatibility issues with older versions by reading technical journals and trade publications.
- Performs other work-related duties as assigned by supervisor.
- Stay up to date on relevant laws and regulations and complete all compliance training on time.
- Knowledgeable of and comply with bank policies, procedures, laws, and regulations that apply to you and your job.
- Maintain customer confidence and protect the bank’s operations by identifying and protecting confidential information.
