GENERAL PURPOSE SUMMARY
Subject matter expert and lead administrator of the assigned core client/server support system; demonstrated leader with server-based core processing systems; maintains, develops and supports the bank’s network infrastructure and services by performing the following essential duties and responsibilities:

- Demonstrated subject matter expertise with implementing, maintaining and managing core and vendor-specific systems; plans, develops and delegates the implementation, support and maintenance of client/server systems.
- Manages end-to-end troubleshooting of core processing systems; collaboratively develops solutions for new problems which have never before occurred.
- Implements and maintains network infrastructure for mission critical applications.
- Designs and implements solutions to ensure the integrity and security of assigned core and ancillary client/server systems.
- Troubleshoots and corrects problems with servers, mainframe connectivity and operating systems, and monitors network traffic within and between sites to ensure reliable data service delivery.
- Ensures Internet and other non-enterprise exclusive network connection to the bank's network.
- Provides training and learning opportunities for Network Administrator I and II positions.
- Generates and maintains network and systems documentation.
- Performs other work related duties as assigned by supervisor.
