Description
Reporting to the Director of IT, this person is responsible for maintaining IA's computer infrastructure by identifying network requirements, installing upgrades, monitoring network performance, and maintaining all hardware. The position may also cross train on the roles of the PACS and VNA Administrators to provide support as needed in those areas and to be well rounded for on call duties.
Will only consider on-site work, no remote option.
Requirements
Education : Associates Degree in Computer Science or related computer field. Prefer a Bachelor's degree from four year college or university OR
Experience :
Two years of experience with network & system administrator duties;
Expected to have a high degree of knowledge regarding Windows Server & Client OS's, with some experience using Linux (Redhat & Ubuntu).
Preferred to have experience with VMware ESXi and vSphere.
Expected to have experience managing Active Directory, Group Policy, and Exchange.
Expected to have experience with CISCO switches, routers, and firewalls.
Preferred experience with NetApp Enterprise Storage systems.
Prefer to have experience with CISCO Unified Communications.
Expected to have proficiency at disaster avoidance and recovery.
Expected to be proficient with MS Office products.
Preferred experience with VEEAM.
Preferred experience with SOC & HIPAA standards
Knowledge of HL7, DICOM and all healthcare integration standards associated with digital imaging is a plus.
Other Qualifications : Must be able to demonstrate excellent customer service skills; do multiple tasks with frequent interruptions; and work flexible shifts.
Attendance : Regular attendance is a requirement of this position
English Language : Must be able to read, write and speak English.
