Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and process express air shipments, ensuring timely delivery and exceeding customer expectations.
- Collaborate with airlines, last-mile service providers (like FedEx and DHL), and other vendors to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain and enhance relationships with key clients, ensuring their freight needs are met promptly and efficiently.
- Coordinate trucking dispatch operations to ensure efficient movement of goods from air terminals to final delivery points.
- Generate billing invoices using the FNS system, dispatch AR invoices to customers, and manage monthly AP invoices from vendors, coordinating payments with the accounting team.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide support, ensuring a high level of service in all interactions.
- Provide regular updates to the operation part manager on a daily and weekly basis.
- Analyze pricing strategies and perform statistical analysis to optimize operational efficiency.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Statistics, Business Administration, or related area.
- Proficient in statistical analysis and pricing strategies.
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
- Experience in freight forwarding industry preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Korean/English bilingual preferred.
