Partnership Executive Job Description
Job Summary: The Partnership Executive position is responsible for expanding Focal Pointe footprint into new territory. You will be responsible for proactively engaging with a diverse range of commercial clients and delivering customized land care solutions. This position will work under the direct supervision of Vice President of Sales & Marketing.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Qualify potential opportunities and establish strong relationships with key contacts, working to understand their property management objectives and develop landscape solutions that provide clear value.
- Collaborate with the operations team, leveraging their expertise with your own.
- Meet established prospecting benchmarks, gain access to decision-makers, and effectively close new landscape maintenance contracts.
- Beautify the region, not only through the quality of our work, but the professional manner in which we perform it.
- Approach your role with an entrepreneurial and growth-oriented mindset, while adhering to Focal Pointe's market-leading standards.
- Partner with the Branch Manager, Account and Operations Managers, and VP of Sales & Marketing to achieve both your personal sales goals and the broader objectives of the company.
- Although financial performance is important, an emphasis on making a difference in the lives of our customers, employees, vendors, and community is an equal priority.
- This position will work out of the KC office in conjunction with the Branch Manager and Estimator to survey properties for proposals
- Travel up to 50% of the time within the Focal Pointe territory and 5% overnight travel
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Effective presentation and communication skills
- Computer literacy skills and experience with Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Experience with CRM or SFA tool preferred.
- Must have unencumbered drivers license and full coverage auto insurance.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience in face-to-face B2B sales
- 3 years sales experience in the landscape industry
