We’re a high-volume eCommerce company seeking an Inventory Manager to lead inventory control and accuracy while products are in our warehouse. You will be responsible for ensuring inventory is accounted for from the time it is handed off by Receiving, through storage and replenishment, until it is ready for Shipping. In this role, you will lead a team of approximately 10 inventory associates, work closely with the Receiving, Shipping, and Returns Managers, and report directly to our Operations Manager.

Responsibilities
· Ensure inventory accuracy within the warehouse, troubleshooting issues across departments when necessary.
· Maintain a deep understanding of warehouse processes and systems to ensure smooth, efficient inventory control.
· Lead cycle counts to identify discrepancies before they impact sales.
· Oversee and train a team of approximately 10 inventory associates.
· Collaborate with Receiving to consolidate stock weekly from multiple locations.
· Ensure proper put-away and replenishment of picking locations to support order fulfillment.
· Analyze daily product and supply levels to prevent inventory issues and shortages.
· Optimize warehouse layout for efficient inventory flow.
· Propose strategies to reduce costs and improve inventory turnover.
· Report on inventory levels and process effectiveness to upper management using technical tools, computers, and Excel; identify and report system issues causing inventory inaccuracies to IT and collaborate on solutions.
Qualifications
· 1-3 years of inventory management experience.
· Ability to work full-time, in-house in our warehouse.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and computer literate.
· Highly organized, detail-oriented, and with excellent communication skills.
· Authorized to work in the US.
· Ability to work extended hours during the holiday season.
About Us:
Our Receiving team unloads trucks and ensures accuracy before inventory is handed over. The Inventory team then takes ownership, managing putaway, replenishment, and tracking to ensure products are in the right locations. Pickers, part of the Shipping team, rely on this accuracy to fulfill orders efficiently. Our warehouse manages approximately 10,000 SKUs, so ensuring accurate tracking and efficient workflows is critical.
