The Donor Relations Manager position exists to oversee the development of mid-level donor relationships, creates, and implements strategies that result in significant funding support from the mid-level donor segment. This position will be expected to manage Donor Account Reps, processes and strategies used for cultivation of donor portfolios, including major gifts solicitation, acknowledgement, stewardship, prospect identification, and on-going communication. The Donor Relations Manager is responsible for annual fundraising and donor file health goals as set by the Executive Director, Family Advancement and will develop toolsets to measure Donor Account Rep performance against stated goals.
- Develops and executes prospect strategies to uncover new donors, some of which are managed by the mid-level reps, others are referred to other fundraising segments
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 5-7 years of experience in development, fundraising, call center management, and/or sales preferred
- Proven track record of successful fundraising and experience managing donor accounts
- Knowledge of fundraising best practices and knowledge of Salesforce, Microsoft office suite, and database systems
Salary Range: $70,716 to $81,117/yr
