CLIENT RELATIONSHIP SPECIALIST

Position Summary
The Focus Partners Wealth Client Relationship Specialist (CRS) enhances the client experience by providing exceptional client service and supports each advisor with the operational needs of his or her clients. The CRS develops and maintains good working relationships with clients and advisors. This is accomplished through ongoing communication, excellent client service and outstanding operational support. The CRS is the first person to greet clients as they visit our office, and the main client contact in scheduling remote meetings and phone calls.
An exciting opportunity to join a busy and growing wealth management team. The hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Focus provides associates the opportunity to work a hybrid model. Teams are typically in the St. Louis office 2 days per week and have the ability to work from home 3 days per week.
Primary Responsibilities
- Meets and, when possible, exceeds the Service Standards for the department
- Through their work, actions and words, demonstrates and models the firm’s core values
- Successfully completes at high level and on time their Associate Goals and actively plays a role in execution of Team Plans for the department
- Provides quick and accurate answers to operational questions from advisors and clients
- Provides comprehensive operational support to clients, including facilitating all monetary, maintenance, and paperwork requests through CRM
- Monitors pending new accounts and transfers
- Handles all communication between custodians and advisors or clients, including researching custodial issues
- Analyze processes and procedures to identify improvements or efficiencies that can be created
- Provides on-demand and scheduled reports to advisors and clients, as requested
- Review quarterly reports for accuracy and collates the letters
- Tracks and completes any special projects throughout the year, including advisor notifications and year-end RMDs
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree and 2 years work experience in the financial services industry OR 4 years work experience in the financial services industry
- Working knowledge of Windows Operating systems & Microsoft Office
- Experience with tools used on daily basis – CRM (Salesforce) and Custodians
