This position is a Non-Exempt role. The annualized base pay range for this role is expected to be between $50,000 - 55,000/yr. Actual base pay could vary based on factors including but not limited to experience, subject matter expertise, geographic location where work will be performed and the applicant's skill set. The base pay is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include an annual bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.

Primary Responsibilities
- Support all team members in essential duties and responsibilities related to Data Services.
- Proficiently analyze and troubleshoot complex issues related to positions and portfolios, effectively communicating solutions to advisory teams.
- Analyze processes and procedures to identify improvements or efficiencies.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to establish and maintain effective communication channels and workflows. to establish new download interfaces.
- Research, analyze, and reconcile data while assisting with inbox tasks and Quarterly Reports.
- Continuously learn about the business through job shadowing and educational opportunities, upholding the firm’s core values.
- Classify securities using the standard and guidelines established by our investment team.
- Provide expertise in data processing and supporting knowledge transfer to other teams.
- Consistently achieve Associate Goals and actively contribute to executing Team Plans within the department.
- Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of all business practices within the department and the organization.
- Oversee the Heldaway assets, addressing aggregation issues and performing manual reconciliation as needed.
- Meet or exceed Service Standards for the department consistently.
- Perform advanced cost basis functions, including updating missing data, troubleshooting discrepancies, and accounting disposal methods.
- Perform regular audits to maintain data integrity in Orion, continually seeking to enhance existing processes and develop new audit processes.
- Manage workflows through various platforms and systems, ensuring efficient operation across all channels.
- Ensure data systems are up to date by completing daily tasks, including new accounts, selected lots, classification, pricing checks, and account maintenance.
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1 years experience with data management, preferably within the financial services industry.
- Proficiency with Windows Operating systems and Microsoft Office suite.
- Familiarity with key tools such as Orion, Custodian platforms, Salesforce, and other Portfolio Management tools.
