Focus Physiotherapy is looking for a Human Resources Coordinator to help us care for our team members.
Position requirements: ·Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in HR software, strong organizational skills, and and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Responsibilities:
o Be the point of contact for employees for benefits, concerns, and training.
o Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
o Maintain and update HR policies and procedures to reflect industry best practices.
o Manage employee records, benefits administration, and HR documentation.
o Coordinate recruitment efforts, including job postings, interviews, and hiring processes.
o Oversee the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new employees, including orientation and initial training.
o Develop and implement ongoing training programs to support compliance.
o Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention.
o · Support managers in conducting performance evaluations, goal setting, and employee coaching.
o Communication with grace and empathy
Job Requirements:
The Human Resources Coordinator works 8 hour shifts. Average hours are 8-5:00 Mon-Thursday and 7-4 on Fridays.
· Excellent oral and written communication skills
· Proficiency in general computer skills
· Willingness to regularly communicate with teammates and hold others accountable in order to maintain efficient clinic flow
Pay range: $16-$22 an hour
