About the Role
Position: Unit Inspector
Reports to: Construction Leader
Compensation: TBD; Based on experience
Location: Appleton
As a Unit Inspector, you will be essential in ensuring our properties meet the highest standards of quality and safety. Your role will involve meticulous inspection of units, ensuring every detail is up to par, and preparing spaces that our residents are proud to call home.
What You'll Do
- Inspections: Conduct detailed pre-inspections and post-move-out inspections to ensure units meet our world-class standards.
- Unit Preparation: Ensure all units are immaculate and welcoming for new move-ins, creating an amazing first impression.
- Key Management: Handle the creation and distribution of keys to new residents, ensuring a smooth transition.
- Inventory Management: Oversee tools and equipment, ensuring security and minimizing waste through effective procedures.
Requirements
- Proven ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills for effective resident and team interactions.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and problem-solve, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
- Physical capability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds and manage frequent standing, lifting, moving, and reaching.
