FSA / Onis is looking for a skilled Healthcare Customer Service Representative to join our company.
In this role, you will be responsible for answering phone calls from prospective customers.
To be successful as a Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you will need to be able to quickly and accurately answer customer questions.
Must-Have Qualifications :
At least 2 years of college education.
Strong communication skills (Fluent in English).
Proven ability to upsell and retain customers.
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel).
Demonstrated reliability and no attendance issues.
Ability to work onsite in Metro Manila.
Previous customer service experience, preferably in a BPO setting.
Willingness to work the graveyard shift (10 : 00 PM - 7 : 00 AM) with fixed weekends off.
Work set-up : Onsite (San Juan Greenhills)
Nice-to-Have Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree or higher.
Experience with Zendesk or similar customer service platforms.
Knowledge of credit card pulling or nutraceutical products.
Experience in telehealth or similar healthcare-related customer service roles.
Previous experience in sales or customer retention.
Knowledge of nutrition or health-related services.
