Position : BOARD CERTIFIED BEHAVIOR ANALYST (BCBA)
Commitment : 90 to 120 hours per week (virtual)
Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our partner school in Franklin, MA . The BCBA will play a crucial role in supporting our behavior technicians and special educators, as well as collaborating with other in-home service providers as needed. This position requires a strong commitment to developing effective behavioral interventions and promoting skill acquisition for individuals with diverse needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Consultation : Provide expert consultation to behavior technicians, special educators, and other in-home providers to ensure the implementation of best practices in behavior analysis.
- Program Development : Design and create individualized skill acquisition programs tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
- Data Management : Develop and maintain data sheets to track progress and outcomes, ensuring that all data is collected accurately and analyzed effectively.
- Behavior Plan Creation : Assess clients' needs and create comprehensive behavior intervention plans when necessary, focusing on positive behavior support strategies.
- In-Person Consultations : Be available for in-person consultations on an as-needed basis to provide hands-on support and guidance.
