Job Overview :
We are seeking an experienced Employee Relations Specialist in the Human Resources Business Partner unit to provide contract support focusing primarily on employee investigations within the hourly wage employee division. This role is essential in fostering a compliant, fair, and positive work environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employee relations and investigative procedures.
Key Responsibilities :
Conduct thorough and objective employee investigations in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
Partner with retail management to address employee concerns and resolve workplace conflicts.
Provide guidance on employee relations issues, ensuring alignment with organizational policies and labor laws.
Document investigation findings and recommend appropriate actions.
Collaborate with HR teams to implement proactive solutions to mitigate future issues.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism throughout all interactions.
Qualifications :
Proven experience in employee relations and conducting workplace investigations.
Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage sensitive situations with professionalism and discretion.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
