This 408-unit community is located in the Overland Park area of Kansas City. We are offering 5 extra days of vacation for anyone hired during the month of June!*
The ideal Manager possesses a minimum of 3 years experience as an on-site Manager, Class A property experience, proven experience managing the community’s operations & financial performance, is a working supervisor with excellent customer service skills.

BUSINESS MANAGER JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Property Manager in the multi-family industry
- Class A apartment management experience
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Manage community operations, maximize rental income and minimize expenses through planning and control; strong with numbers
- Experience interpreting financial data, budgets and preparing monthly ownership reports
- Professional appearance and communication skills
- Superb marketing skills with the ability to develop a property marketing plan and oversee outside marketing (familiar with the Kansas City market)
- Effectively communicate, both oral and written, with Supervisor and Ownership
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and oversee multiple value add projects for the community
- Excellent communication, relationship-building & customer service skills
- Yardi, CRM & Yieldstar experience
