Server/Bartender

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Server/Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a strong knowledge of beverages, cocktails, and our menu. As a Server/Bartender, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests while efficiently managing front of house operations.

Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front of house area, ensuring all equipment is in a good, clean condition.
• Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and providing recommendations.
• Process transactions accurately using cash registers or point-of-sale systems.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling practices.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable.
• Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service without compromising quality.

Experience

• Previous experience in a bartending/serving role or food service environment is preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with cash register operations and basic math skills for handling transactions.
• Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• A background in the hospitality industry is highly desirable, showcasing an ability to provide excellent customer service.

Pay: $2.63 - $22.00 per hour
