Senior Manager of IT Infrastructure

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

• Oversee the design, implementation, and management of IT infrastructure in both corporate support center and all company restaurant locations, this includes but does not limit to network, connectivity, endpoints, cloud server infrastructure and restaurant technology infrastructure.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT infrastructure with business goals and objectives.
• Ensure all infrastructure management is aligned with company security policies.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation and efficiency.
• Maintain an obsolescent strategy for equipment replacements and infrastructure upgrades.
• Manage vendor relationships and contract negotiations for infrastructure related technologies ensuring successful execution of IT budget.
• Collaborate with IT Helpdesk team for proper IT documentation on all infrastructure related technologies.
• Contribute to escalated problem resolution and establish yourself as primary escalation point.
• Produce daily/weekly/monthly reports on progress, issues, risks in relation to primary duties.

Education, Experience & Travel Required

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, MIS, BCIS or related technical field, with additional technical certifications.
• 6 years of technology management or project management, preferably in the restaurant industry.
• Demonstrated experience conceiving, implementing, and improving IT infrastructure.
• Microsoft, Cloud infrastructure and network certifications is preferred.
• Travel-ready on demand but not expected.
• Availability for taking on Support Calls even on after hours.

Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Must have a high level of endurance and mental acuity and toughness to manage conflict and deal successfully with high-stress situations.

Compensation

Commensurate with experience and qualifications.
