What are the responsibilities and job description for the Server position at Fogo de Chao?
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests with a smile, make eye contact and use a friendly greeting.
- Pull each guest's chair and lay the napkin in their lap.
- Present menu and answer questions regarding menu items.
- Explain preparation methods and continuous table side serving concept.
- Take and serve beverage and dessert orders, communicating special requests to Churrasqueiros.
- Place orders with Cashiers for processing and payment.
- Assist other Servers in their areas when necessary.
- Complete beginning or closing shift duties.
