Primary Responsibilities
Production of all components required for service including Italian meringue buttercream, fruit compotes, citrus curds, chocolate ganache, and different sauces
Plating of menu items which could include piping, texturing, painting, working with edible gold leaf and stencils
Customize dishes per dietary restrictions or per request from customers
Dishes and kitchen cleaning as required before, during, and after service
Maintain tidiness of workstations and follow all health and safety requirements

Job Details
30-40 hours per week
Starting rate: $19 /hour, DOE, plus commission on sales
Health, Dental, and Vision Benefits (must maintain minimum of 30 hours per week)
