Valet Parking Attendant - Luxury Hotel

We’re looking for a Valet Parking Attendant to provide exceptional guest service, ensuring a warm welcome and seamless arrival and departure experience for our guests. What You’ll Do:•    Greet guests with a friendly smile and genuine hospitality.•    Park and retrieve vehicles safely and efficiently, following traffic laws and regulations.•    Maintain an organized flow of traffic in the valet area and park vehicles to maximize space and ensure quick retrieval.•    Keep the valet area clean, organized, and free of hazards to ensure guest safety and satisfaction.•    Assist with luggage and provide information about hotel services.•    Support special events, direct traffic, and assist with other guest services as needed.•    Provide accurate directions, promote hotel amenities, and stay informed about local attractions.•    Follow all safety and security protocols to ensure a secure environment.•    Comply with company policies, including punctual timekeeping, uniform and grooming standards, and taking scheduled meal and rest breaks.•    Perform other duties as needed and as assigned by management to support smooth hotel operations. Qualifications Summary:•    High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).•    Valid driver’s license with a clean record.•    Ability to drive both manual and automatic vehicles.•    Excellent communication and customer service skills.•    Physically able to stand, walk, and run for extended periods, and lift heavy items when needed. Work Environment:•    Outdoor role, working in all weather conditions (heat, cold, or rain).•    Requires consistent physical activity and a professional, can-do attitude.
