What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Account Executive, Group Sales Manager position at Foley Entertainment Group?
We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Account Executive to drive revenue growth by selling new season tickets, partial plans, group packages, event suites, premium seating, and related services. This role requires a proactive approach to prospecting, networking, and building strong relationships. The Senior Account Executive will attend events, deliver world-class service, and create tailored communications, events, and programs to meet client needs.
In addition to sales responsibilities, the Senior Account Executive, Group Sales Manager will oversee the group sales process, from initial sales and deposits to Fan Experience Package (FEP) fulfillment and execution. The role also includes managing the single-game premium experience and taking on additional revenue-generating projects as they arise.

- Meet and exceed individual and team new business revenue goals with an emphasis on group and single game suite rentals for HSK and VKH
- Establish foundation for group and single game event suite relationships
- Manage the execution of all Fan Experience Packages, i.e. pre-game hockey tournaments, post-game signing sessions, national anthem performances, etc.
- Present oneself as the key go-to-person for assigned account base
- Sell upgrades, add-ons, and generate referrals
- Build strong relationships with assigned account base through proactive communication including seat visits, phone calls, emails and other touchpoints
- Complete a minimum of fifty (50) activities per day – twenty of which should be made to new self-prospected businesses with a group and single game suite sales focus
- Effectively communicate all team events and available inventory
- Be proactive, respond to and resolve all customer complaints, requests, and inquiries from assigned account base; handle difficult fans and situations in a calm and professional manner
- Ensure ticket member information and data are accurate and complete for assigned accounts
- Assist in developing and delivering customized benefits, programs and events to drive loyalty within group and single game suite accounts
- Ability to stand, set up and break down sales tables, work nights, weekends and holidays as needed, in addition to traditional business hours
- Lead the group and single game sales effort at Lee’s Family Forum
- Other projects as assigned
Required Knowledge/Skills/Job Qualifications:

- Excellent relationship building and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact comfortably and effectively with clients and colleagues
- Working knowledge of a ticketing system
- Previous experience with a CRM system (SalesForce, Microsoft Dynamics, etc)
Education / Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business/sales/marketing/sports management or similar concentration required.
- Minimum of 3-4 years ticket sales/service experience, preferably in sports/entertainment required
