JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Responsible for the management of all Corporate related projects.
- Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with Executives, employees, and project team members.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
- Assist in defining project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Ensure resource availability and allocation.
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
- Oversee quality control throughout the project life cycle.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Coordinate with senior management to prioritize strategic projects.
- Monitor and report on the progress of strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall business strategy.
RECOMMENDED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Management, or a related field.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required.
- Proven working experience in project management.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and DevOps.
