Folino's Pizza is on the hunt for hardworking, guest oriented folks to join our front of house team in Burlington! We have a fun, efficient, and team-oriented crew that creates Vermont's best pizza!
Primary Job Duties included but are not limited to the following:
- Customer Interaction & Order Processing: Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and communicate special requests to the kitchen.
- Customer Assistance: Help customers with online orders, answer ingredient-related questions, and ensure overall satisfaction.
- Cash Handling & Transactions: Process payments and apply discounts with accuracy.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with shift leaders, kitchen staff and other front of house staff to assist with bussing tables and support smooth service flow.
- Dining Area Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized dining room and patio while proactively assisting guests.
- Closing Responsibilities: Reset customer areas, sanitize surfaces, restock items, and follow closing checklists to prepare for the next shift.
Candidates with full-time and part-time availability are encouraged to apply. We do require either Friday or Saturday availability.
This position requires the sale of alcohol, candidates must hold or be eligible to hold a DLC Certification.
Customer service experience is strongly encouraged but not required!
