Folklore Event Rentals is a really rad rental company looking for energetic, hardworking and self motivated team player to join our delivery team during our busiest season. At Folklore, we specialize in providing a unique experience to our clients, with distinctive furniture, table wares, props and so much more for event & wedding rentals. Our clients choose us because they are looking for individualized designs – not your standard rentals.
The Delivery Crew is responsible for meeting up with delivery leads on site to assist with set up and pick up of event rental items. Events are serviced throughout Southern California typically but not limited to SD County, Orange County, Palm Springs and Los Angeles County.
TYPE : Part-time (Casual / Seasonal)
SCHEDULE : GIG WORK- Mostly on Friday, Saturday & Sundays. Evenings & Late Night Required. Week day availability is a PLUS!
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Safely load and unload medium to heavy rental items off trucks and or trailers
- Set-up, assemble and disassemble cabanas, tables, couches, chairs, bars, bar backs, etc
- Adhere to venue rules and regulations. Treat the property with the utmost care.
- Confidently interact with clients and serve as the main point of contact for delivery, in a professional and friendly manner
- Conduct a thorough walkthrough of placement of rental items with the client, before and after pick up
- Conduct an inventory count of rental items prior to leaving the venue to ensure all items have been accounted for and coordinate with the event organizer to locate any missing item(s).
- Communicate with the delivery lead regarding missing or damaged items or equipment
