Folktale Winery is seeking an experienced Director of Hospitality to lead our front-of-house team and elevate guest experiences at our award-winning winery. This role is ideal for a Food & Beverage Director or hospitality leader with a strong background in sales-driven service, team development, and guest engagement.
About the Role:
As Director of Hospitality, you will oversee all aspects of guest service, team leadership, and operational excellence at in our Wine Garden. Your focus will be on creating exceptional guest experiences while coaching and developing teams to maximize Wine Club conversions, sales, and revenue growth.
Requirements
- Lead hospitality operations at Folktale Winery, ensuring seamless service and world-class guest experiences.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue, increase check averages, and enhance Wine Club conversion.
- Coach, train, and mentor the hospitality team to excel in guest engagement, upselling, and Wine Club enrollment.
- Track and analyze key performance metrics, including conversion rates, sales, and guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with winemaking, culinary, and events teams to create elevated experiences that strengthen guest loyalty.
- Ensure operational efficiency and financial success, balancing service excellence with cost control.
- Foster a high-performance team culture, emphasizing accountability, training, and continuous improvement.
Who Should Apply?
