Public Housing Manager
Full-time position involves the management of apartment complexes and scattered site units owned by the Fond du Lac Housing Authority. Qualifications : 4 year bachelor s degree or 4 years of creditable experience in managing rental property (apartments or single family homes). Employee exercises considerable judgment and discretion in determining eligibility, conveying program information and carrying out assigned functions. Starting wages between $22 to $ 23 per hour depending on experience. After 6 month evaluation, eligible for a raise. Work week is 40 hours. Comprehensive fringe benefit package includes life insurance, dental insurance, health insurance and Wisconsin Retirement Program. The current fringe benefit package is worth over $16.40 per hour for employees taking family plan health insurance.
