About the Role
As Head of Growth, you will be at the forefront of Doctronic’s expansion, responsible for designing and executing a comprehensive growth strategy to scale user acquisition, engagement, and retention. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will own all marketing functions, lead a high-performing team, and work cross-functionally to ensure alignment across product, support, and operations. Responsibilities
Growth Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and own a robust Go-To-Market strategy that drives user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
- Scale user acquisition across multiple channels (organic, paid, partnerships, PR, and more).
- Identify and develop new marketing channels to expand Doctronic’s market reach.
Channel Management:
- Manage social media presence and oversee the content calendar.
- Lead SEO strategy and content optimization initiatives to maximize visibility.
- Lead and optimize performance marketing campaigns, directing the Performance Marketing Manager.
- Build and nurture relationships with medical influencers and key stakeholders.
- Foster healthcare communities and establish impactful partnerships.
Conversion Optimization:
- Create and optimize conversion funnels, including landing pages and onboarding workflows.
- Leverage product-led growth strategies to drive user retention and engagement.
- Be the voice of analytics, pushing the company to be increasingly guided by revenue and growth data-driven.
Data-Driven Growth:
- Track and report on key growth metrics, providing actionable insights to the leadership team.
- Conduct A/B testing to optimize campaigns and conversion rates.
Team Leadership:
- Manage and mentor a Performance Marketing Manager and future hires, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and problem-solving.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on growth goals.
Compliance:
- Ensure all marketing and growth initiatives adhere to healthcare regulations and industry standards.
Must-Haves
- 7 years of experience in growth roles, preferably in healthcare or tech startups.
- Proven track record of scaling businesses from early-stage to $10M ARR.
- Expertise in managing multiple marketing channels, including performance marketing, SEO, partnerships, PR, and product-led strategies.
- Hands-on experience managing budgets of $100k per month.
- Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Exceptional leadership and team-building skills are essential, as you will immediately have a direct report.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience working in HealthTech, SaaS, or marketplaces.
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, Clay, Airtable, Figma, or SurferAI.
- Background in developing and scaling communities.
- Prior experience working with medical influencers.
