At Food City, we're looking for a skilled Baker to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you'll play a crucial role in preparing and baking high-quality products that meet the highest standards of freshness and safety.
The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. You'll be responsible for following recipes and makeup procedures while preparing and baking items, as well as working with ovens, mixers, slicers, and proofers to ensure our products meet the highest quality standards.
As a customer-facing role, you'll also be responsible for assisting customers by making product recommendations, taking special orders, and providing exceptional customer service.
