Job Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
- Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Maintain contact lists
- Book travel arrangements
- Submit and reconcile expense reports
- Provide general support to visitors
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
- Liaise with executive and senior staff to handle requests and queries from senior managers
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Perform other duties as assigned
What Will Make You Stand Out:

- Prior experience as an Administrative Assistant or other substantially similar position or higher
- Strong communication skills
- Proven ability to learn and retain new skills
Work Location: Onsite
Work Schedule: CST normally 9-5, Monday through Friday
Pay Depends on Experience
Onsite skills assessments will be part of the interview process.
