What are the responsibilities and job description for the Human Resources Process Manager position at Food For The Poor?
We are seeking a highly skilled HR Operations Specialist to join our team at Food For The Poor. This individual will be responsible for maintaining, updating, and optimizing our HRIS system (Paycom), generating reports and dashboards for HR metrics, compliance, and leadership review, and providing technical support and training to team members and managers on HRIS functionalities.
As a key member of our HR team, you will work closely with HR leadership and internal stakeholders to ensure that HR operations remain efficient, compliant, and employee-focused. You will also conduct New Hire Orientation and facilitate onboarding, supporting internal team member communication mechanisms and ensuring that employees are informed about HR policies, company initiatives, and engagement programs.
Key qualifications and experience include:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in HR operations, HRIS administration, benefits coordination, or generalist
- Experience facilitating New Hire Orientation and onboarding processes
