- Develop and implement strategies for team dashboards, benchmarks, KPIs, and progress toward strategic plan goals;
Oversee gift processing and donor services, ensuring timely and accurate acknowledgments and compliance;
Collaborate with the Communications team on campaign management, including strategy, timelines, production, and reporting;
Develop pipeline strategy, processes, and tools to manage prospects and increase support;
Conduct special projects to increase the organization's visibility and build a donor base;
Provide regular reporting on budget benchmarks and cash flow;
Analyze and create content for performance reports to leadership and the Board of Directors;
Forecast income and develop data-informed growth strategies.
**Responsibilities:**
Operational Efficiency:
- Develop and implement strategies for team dashboards, benchmarks, KPIs, and progress toward strategic plan goals;
Oversee gift processing and donor services, ensuring timely and accurate acknowledgments and compliance;
Coordinate department timelines for campaigns, events, cross-department operations, team meetings;
Manage department database and technology, including CRM, donation processing, campaign tools, equipment, and shared file systems;
Ensure financial reporting, reconciliation, and compliance, coordinating with the Finance department;
Track department deliverables, including fulfillment, partner benefits, key statistics.
Strategic Partnerships:
- Develop pipeline strategy, processes, and tools to manage prospects and increase support;
Conduct special projects to increase the organization's visibility and build a donor base;
Collaborate with the Communications team on campaign management, including strategy, timelines, production, and reporting;
Develop annual plans for scaled income streams (focus: individuals), including strategy, goal tracking, team workplans;
Analyze and create content for performance reports to leadership and the Board of Directors.
Leadership and Management:
- Supervise two staff members: Development Operations Supervisor and Coordinator;
Manage contracts and agreements;
Foster ongoing learning and process improvements;
Participate in organization-wide initiatives as needed.
