Who We Are:
Food Lifeline believes that hunger doesn’t have to happen, and our mission is to feed people experiencing hunger today and work to end hunger for tomorrow. We’re currently hiring a Vice President of Finance to join our Finance team which will serve as the senior leader of the Finance and Accounting function and will drive sound financial and accounting practices to support the organization.
Who You Are:
You care deeply about the intersections between hunger, poverty, racial inequity, and social injustice. You are adept at unifying and motivating teams to action in a fast-paced environment. You have expertise in the management of full-cycle month-end and year-end close management, external and internal audits, financial statements reporting and analysis, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, accrual basis accounting, external and internal audits, cash management and cash flow, banking and investments, inventory accounting, account reconciliations, efficiency improvements, process automation, accounting systems setup, procedures documentation, consolidation reporting, budgeting and forecasting, internal controls, financial risk/fraud mitigations, and accounting standards
Salary range is $165,000-185,000/year with full benefits including employer paid medical coverage for employees and children, dental, and vision insurance, employer paid basic life, long and short-term disability, and a company match for 403(b) retirement plans, and generous paid time off, including parental leave.
