Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Center Store Associate. This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining store standards, and ensuring the efficient operation of our center store department.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Provide fast, friendly, and accurate customer service to create a positive shopping experience.
- Inventory Management: Maintain shelf allocations by stocking from tag to tag, and ensure that only saleable merchandise is placed on shelves.
- Maintenance and Organization: Clean shelves and shelf tag moldings with a damp cloth, as needed, when stocking, and maintain a neat and organized store environment.
- Safety and Compliance: Understand and follow company guidelines, policies, and standard practices, including Food Safety and Workplace Safety procedures.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Education: High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
- Skills: Excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
- Technical Ability: Ability to use technical information to solve problems and successfully complete Computer Based Training (CBT), Training Packet, and Training Aid courses.
