Job Overview: As a Quality Assurance Team Member at Food Lion, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality and service in our stores. You will work closely with other associates to maintain a clean and organized facility.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by being attentive, helpful, and knowledgeable about our products and services
- Collaborate with other associates to achieve team goals and objectives
- Clean and maintain store areas, including the mop room, produce, market, and deli departments
- Identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and reduce costs
- Follow established QA daily checklists and sanitation standards
- Adhere to company guidelines, policies, and standard practices
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
- Wear the Food Lion uniform complete with name badge when on duty, and maintain a neat and clean appearance while adhering to the Food Lion dress code
- Complete required training programs, including Computer Based Training (CBT) and Training Aid courses
- Perform other duties as assigned
Essential Skills:
- High school graduate or equivalent preferred
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements of the job
- Ability to use technical information to solve problems
- Meet minimum age requirements to perform specific job functions
