Candidate Profile:

JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.

Active Bar Admission in Minnesota, or willingness to obtain admission.

3–5 years of substantive litigation experience at a mid-size or large law firm.

Experience handling civil litigation, class actions, products liability, and multi-district litigation.

Strong courtroom presence with experience drafting and arguing motions, taking and defending depositions, and managing discovery.

Ability to work independently while collaborating with senior attorneys on case strategy and trial preparation.

Exceptional research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
Key Responsibilities:

Represent major corporations and manufacturers in complex litigation matters, including products liability, commercial litigation, and class actions.

Draft and argue dispositive motions, discovery motions, and other pleadings in both state and federal courts.

Take and defend depositions of witnesses, experts, and corporate representatives.

Oversee document production, e-discovery, and case management in large-scale litigation.

Work closely with senior attorneys to develop litigation strategy and trial preparation.

Engage in client counseling and risk assessment, providing strategic legal advice to businesses across various industries.
