Carolina Ale House is looking for a phenomenal Kitchen Key Hourly Manager to join our team in Augusta!
- Provide support to the Manager-on-Duty (MOD)
- Acts as shift leader and lead all staff working in the kitchen
- Upholds all company values and service standards at all times
- Assist with conducting pre-shift huddles
- Achieve operational directives
- Communicates problems or issues to the MOD
- Communicates effectively with staff, guests, and other members of management
- Perform restaurant opening and closing procedures
- Work with team to accomplish targets
- Ensure the safety and health of employees & guests at all times
- Perform other duties and tasks as assigned or requested

Qualifications:
