TakoSushi is seeking experienced talented Sushi Chefs to join our team in Evans, GA!
Position Responsibilities:
- Cutting, slicing and filleting different types of fish and vegetables
- Inspecting the quality of product used to prepare sushi dishes
- Preparing various types of sushi dishes according to established guidelines
- Maintaining a clean work environment
- Sterilizing all utensils, instruments, and equipment used in sushi preparation before every use
- Greeting and having guest interaction
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Prior sushi experience is mandatory.
- Preference will be given to candidates with at least 1 year of restaurant experience.
- Applicants must demonstrate dependability, have open availability, and show a strong drive to succeed.
- Minimum age requirement is 18 years.
- Should excel in a fast-paced environment.
- Open availability
- Knowledge of Food and Health codes is considered an advantage.
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time is necessary.
