Stands and moves within the DFAC for 6 to 8 hours (excluding break and lunch periods)
Some bending and squatting.

Minimum Hiring Standards:
Must be at least 18 years of age at time of pre-employment screening
Must be willing to participate in the Company's pre-employment screening process; including drug screen and background investigation and meet Company standards.

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the dining facility, ensuring high-quality food service and customer satisfaction.
- Manage kitchen staff, delegating tasks and ensuring efficient food preparation and service.
- Utilize POS systems for order processing and inventory management.
- Implement and maintain food safety standards and regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
- Utilize cooking skills to assist in food preparation as needed.
- Possess a valid driver's license for occasional transportation needs.
- Must be able to pass a background check to obtain a military CaC card (will not accept if this clause isn't met)
- Must demonstrate a clear lack of maturity in leadership of personnel (assessed during interview)
