Job Description
- Support Fooda events by ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.
- Assist with event setup, teardown, and cleaning duties to maintain a clean and welcoming environment.
- Gain knowledge of our technology and standard operations procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and resolve issues such as incorrect orders, late deliveries, or communication breakdowns.
- Troubleshoot technical issues with our point-of-sale (POS) system, onsite technology, and TV menu boards.
- Coach customers on the use of our mobile app and promote our services during events.
- Provide exceptional customer service to resolve issues promptly and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- You have excellent communication skills and can effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
- You are organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- You are familiar with technology and willing to learn new systems.
