Job Summary:
As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in generating demand and creating new business opportunities. Your primary responsibilities will include digital marketing, blogging, attending trade shows, conducting competitor and market analysis, creating and nurturing leads, visiting clients where possible, and collaborating with the field sales and senior telesales teams to convert opportunities. Additionally, you will be responsible for identifying new lead sources and ensuring a steady pipeline of potential clients

Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities through digital marketing, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
- Create engaging content, including blogs and articles, to enhance brand visibility and attract potential clients.
- Attend industry trade shows and networking events to represent the company and establish new relationships.
- Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Identify, qualify, and nurture leads to ensure a steady pipeline of sales prospects.
- Visit clients where possible to build strong relationships and understand their needs.
- Collaborate with the field sales team and senior telesales team to convert opportunities into sales.
- Identify new lead sources and develop innovative strategies for prospecting.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- 2-5 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with digital marketing and social media outreach.
- Ability to conduct market and competitor research effectively.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to travel for trade shows and client visits when necessary.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales automation software is a plus.
