Accounts Payable Specialist -Foodliner, Inc.—Dubuque, IA

Foodliner has an opening for a full-time Accounts Payable Specialist at our corporate office in Dubuque, Iowa.

Job responsibilities include:
- Maintaining accurate records to ensure timely and accurate payments to vendors
- Processing and paying vendor invoices
- Verifying purchase orders
- Reconciling vendor statements
- Participating in the month-end close process
- Collaborating with managers on invoice discrepancies and process issues
- Responding to vendor inquiries
Requirements:
- Some post-secondary education or 1–2 years of experience in the accounts payable function
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work quickly and accurately is critical to success in this position.
- Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
