Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Night Warehouse Supervisor to oversee and manage night operations within our warehouse. This is a critical role responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient warehouse functions, while maintaining safety and productivity standards.
Reports to: Night Warehouse Manager
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise night warehouse employees and oversee nightly operations
- Ensure that the night selection crew is set-up for success at the start of each shift
- Complete opening procedures in a timely manner
- Ensure the correct products are loaded onto trucks and dispatched on time
- Promote and ensure a safe working environment
Qualifications:
Essential:
- Forklift certification
- Minimum of 2 years of management or supervisory experience
- Proficient computer skills
- 3 years of experience in warehouse distribution
- Strong work ethic and leadership abilities
Preferred:
- Experience with Retalix and BFC systems
- Ability to operate and move trucks
Education:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
Work Hours:
- Overnight shifts: Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday 3pm to finish; Monday/Wednesday 4pm to finish
Work Environment:
- The role requires working in varying conditions, including freezer (0°F), cooler, and dry warehouse environments.
Salary
$65-75K annually dependent upon experience
