Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all outbound shipping activities on the night shift to ensure that we are always properly filling orders for customer’s accounts.

Job Description:

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Coordinate Order Selection and Replenishment: Oversee and organize the daily operations of order selection and inventory replenishment to meet customer requirements and operational goals.
• Hiring, Training, and Scheduling: Lead the recruitment, onboarding, and scheduling of selection and replenishment personnel, fostering a productive and well-trained workforce.
• Team Management and Development: Manage, coach, and develop night shift personnel to achieve individual and team performance objectives, emphasizing engagement and accountability.
• Maintain Quality and Productivity Standards: Ensure adherence to productivity benchmarks and quality standards for order selection and fulfillment processes.
• Payroll and Incentive Reporting: Accurately track and report employee hours and incentive data for payroll processing.
• Safety Compliance: Enforce and maintain safety procedures and protocols, ensuring a safe working environment for the night shift team.
• Efficient Loading Operations: Supervise the loading process to ensure efficiency, safety, and compliance with operational requirements.
• Warehouse Cleanliness and Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, addressing and reporting any safety or maintenance concerns promptly.
• Track and Report Productivity Metrics: Monitor performance metrics, provide feedback, and hold employees accountable to ensure continuous improvement.
• Inventory and Slotting Management: Resolve inventory discrepancies and optimize slotting assignments to maintain operational efficiency.
• Additional Duties: Perform other warehouse-related duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
  
  

Required Qualifications:

• Ability to work independently, be self-managed and motivated to meet deadlines.
• Strong Microsoft Office Skills particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Minimum of 5 years of warehouse operations management experience
• Previous forklift certification and experience is desired.
