Key Responsibilities:
• Order Coordination: Monitor and prioritize incoming orders, ensuring timely preparation and delivery of food to guests.
• Manage Table Number Adherence: Utilize seat and table numbers to streamline the delivery process, ensuring that food is served promptly and accurately to enhance the dining experience for guests. This coordination will enable the team to work efficiently and maintain high service standards.
• Quality Control: Inspect all dishes before they leave the kitchen to ensure presentation, accuracy, and adherence to quality standards.
• Carryout Order Management: Coordinate and oversee the preparation and packaging of carryout orders to ensure they are accurate and ready for timely pickup.
• Communication: Act as a liaison between the kitchen staff and servers, facilitating clear communication regarding orders, modifications, and special requests.
• Plating Assistance: Assist kitchen staff in plating dishes as needed, ensuring that all meals are presented beautifully and according to restaurant standards.
