Our elevated brewery experience is cultivated through the curation of exceptional in-house craft beer, craft cocktail menu, and locally sourced dining menu. Alongside our exceptional food and beverage offerings, our service standards set our brewery apart. Partnered with Black Horse Garage, our taproom and kitchen is accompanied by an incredible collection of historic and modern exotic automobiles. In the center of our taproom you'll find a working car elevator taking vehicles from the first floor car room directly into our taproom for display. These vehicles elevate our upscale modern industrial design language and bring a unique element to the Foolproof Taproom and Kitchen.

Role Description:

The successful candidate will bring a warm and welcoming demeanor to create a positive experience for our guests. As a Taproom Associate (server), you will play a crucial role in guiding customers through our menu, taking orders accurately, and delivering exceptional service. We are seeking individuals with previous server experience who excel in a fast-paced environment, work well within a team, and contribute to maintaining the overall cleanliness and efficiency of the taproom. Roles and Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

• Welcome and greet guests with a friendly and positive attitude.
• Assist customers in selecting menu items, taking orders, and providing recommendations.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of food and beverages to tables.

Menu Knowledge:

• Acquire a comprehensive understanding of the menu, including food and beverage offerings.
• Answer customer questions regarding menu items, ingredients, and allergen information.

Order Processing:

• Input and process customer orders accurately using the point-of-sale system.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure order accuracy and efficiency.

Table Maintenance:

• Set up and maintain clean and organized tables for incoming guests.
• Assist to clear tables promptly, reset them for the next guests, and assist with general cleaning duties.

Team Collaboration:

• Work collaboratively with bartenders, kitchen staff, and other servers to provide seamless service.
• Communicate effectively with the management team to address customer feedback and operational needs.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a server in a high-volume restaurant or taproom setting.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of menu items, including food and beverage pairings.
• Basic math skills for order processing and payment transactions.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Positive attitude, team player, and a passion for delivering an exceptional dining experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
